The service服务内容
DINO Mail gives you an email address on di.fs.kg, ip.fs.kg, or ok.fs.kg, a web mailbox to read and write in, and — if you want them — forwarding and Telegram notifications. DINO Mail 为你提供 di.fs.kg、ip.fs.kg 或 ok.fs.kg 上的一个邮箱地址、一个收发信的网页邮箱，以及（如果你需要）转发和 Telegram 通知。
It is free, run by one person in their own time, and offered as it is. Registration needs an invite code. An invite is a courtesy, not a purchase: it carries no entitlement to uptime, capacity, or permanence. 它免费、由一个人利用自己的时间维护、按现状提供。注册需要邀请码。邀请是一份人情，不是一笔交易：它不附带任何关于在线率、容量或永久存在的承诺。
Your account你的账户
- One account per person. Not one per alias, and not a shared login.一人一个账户。不是每个别名一个，也不是几个人共用一个。
- You must be old enough to agree to this on your own — 13, or the minimum age in your country.你需要达到能自行同意本条款的年龄——13 岁，或你所在地区法定的最低年龄。
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.密码自己收好。账户下发生的事由你负责。
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.如果怀疑密码泄露，请尽快告诉我们。
Acceptable use使用规范
Please do not use this mailbox to: 请不要用这个邮箱做以下事情：
- Send unsolicited bulk mail, chain letters, or anything that reads like spam.发送未经请求的批量邮件、连锁信，或任何读起来像垃圾邮件的东西。
- Phish, spoof, or impersonate anyone — including in the
From:header.钓鱼、伪造或冒充他人——包括伪造From:头。 - Distribute malware, or link to it.传播恶意软件，或给出它的链接。
- Do anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.做任何违反你所在地法律的事。
- Harass, threaten, or stalk a person.骚扰、威胁或跟踪他人。
- Register accounts in bulk, or resell addresses.批量注册账户，或倒卖邮箱地址。
- Probe, scan, overload the service, or work around its rate limits.探测、扫描、压垮服务，或绕过限流。
- Use the domain as a return path to launder another service's sending reputation.把这个域名当作回信地址，替别的服务洗白发信信誉。
Automated sending, scraping address lists, and high-volume mail are all out of bounds. An account doing it gets suspended first and explained to later — that is the only order that works at this size. 自动群发、抓取地址列表、大流量发信，全都越界。这类账户会先被停用，事后再解释——在这个体量下，只有这个顺序行得通。
Your mail is yours邮件属于你
What you write and what you receive belongs to you. You keep every right to it. 你写下的和你收到的，都属于你。全部权利归你。
You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your mail, transmit it, show it back to you, and — if you switch them on — forward it or send a summary to Telegram. That permission ends when the message is deleted or the account is closed. 你只授予我们运行服务所必需的许可：保存你的邮件、把它发出去、在界面上呈现给你，以及（在你打开开关时）转发它或向 Telegram 发送摘要。这封邮件被删除或账户被注销时，该许可即终止。
We claim no ownership, we license your mail to nobody else, and we do not read it — except when you ask us to fix something, or when we must to stop clear abuse. 我们不主张所有权，不向任何第三方转授你的邮件，也不去读它——除非你请我们修某个问题，或为了制止明显的滥用而不得不看。
Sending limits发送限制
Outbound mail goes through Resend and is subject to their limits and reputation rules. On top of that, each account is rate-limited here. Hitting a limit slows or pauses sending — it does not mean your mailbox is broken, and it lifts on its own. 发信经由 Resend，受其限额与信誉规则约束。除此之外，本站对每个账户另有速率限制。触到限额会让发信变慢或暂停——这不代表邮箱坏了，限制会自行解除。
Suspension and closing停用与注销
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that damages the service or its sending reputation, or that we are legally required to act on. Where it is practical, you will be told why and given a chance to take your mail with you first. 对于违反本条款、损害服务或其发信信誉、或法律要求我们处理的账户，我们可能予以停用或注销。在可行的情况下，会告知原因，并先给你把邮件带走的机会。
You can stop using DINO Mail at any time. Ask, and the account and its mail will be deleted. 你随时可以不再使用 DINO Mail。说一声，账户和里面的邮件就会被删除。
Availability and changes可用性与变更
There is no service level agreement. The site may go down for maintenance, features may change, and the service may be discontinued. If it is going to be shut down, there will be notice on the site and a reasonable window to export what you need. 没有服务等级协议。站点可能因维护而中断，功能可能调整，服务也可能停止。如果真的关停，会在站内提前公告，并留出合理的时间让你导出需要的东西。
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. That is good advice for any mailbox, and especially for a small one. 任何丢不起的东西，自己留一份。这对任何邮箱都成立，对一个小邮箱尤其成立。
No warranty不作担保
DINO Mail is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. DINO Mail 按「现状」和「现有」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保——包括对特定用途的适用性、不侵权，以及不间断或无错误运行。
We do not warrant that mail will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all. Email is best-effort by nature, and this is a small implementation of it. 我们不担保邮件一定能送达、按时送达，或确实送达。电子邮件本质上就是尽力而为，而这是它的一个小规模实现。
Limitation of liability责任范围
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, nor for lost mail, lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the service — which is zero. 在法律允许的范围内：我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责，也不对邮件丢失、数据丢失、利润损失或机会损失负责。就任何索赔而言，我们的全部责任以你为这项服务支付的金额为上限——也就是零。
Third-party services第三方服务
Delivery, hosting, and notifications depend on Resend, Cloudflare, and — if you enable it — Telegram. Their terms and their availability govern their part of the path. We cannot promise what they do. 投递、托管和通知依赖 Resend、Cloudflare，以及（如果你启用）Telegram。它们各自那一段受其条款与可用性约束。我们无法替它们作出承诺。
Governing law适用法律
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before anything formal, please write to us — almost everything is settled faster in one honest sentence than in a filing. 本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。在走任何正式程序之前，请先写信给我们——几乎每件事用一句实话解决，都比走流程更快。
Changes to these terms条款变更
The date at the top is the date of the last real change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If you do not, ask for the account to be closed — that is a perfectly fine answer. 页首的日期是最近一次实质修改的时间。变更后继续使用即视为接受。如果不接受，请要求注销账户——这完全是个合理的回答。
