How do I get a chat ID?
  1. Create a bot with @BotFather, copy the token, hand it to the site admin.
  2. Send your bot any message — or add it to a group and send /start.
  3. Open api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates and read chat.id. Group ids start with a minus.

Change password

There is no automated password recovery. If you lose the password, only the site admin can reset it — keep it somewhere safe.

Download everything — mail, contacts, aliases — as one JSON file.

Danger zone

Deleting the account removes every mail, contact and alias on it. There is no way back.
